"My phones" through the years

It seems mobile phone now has really become part of everyones lives. From the simple mobile that can be used for texting, it has evolved to a more advance gadget.

8 years ago the only cool feature of a mobile phone are the games now it has become a video camera, mp3 player, gps device, a television, a radio, video phone and a portable pc. What can i say people especially pinoy's are such a fool for this gadgets that most of us keeps upgrading whenever there is a new phone with its own unique feature in the market.

As for me here's the phone I got the chance to used and own.........




My first phone the NOKIA 3210
March 2000
with the help of my mother i was able to buy this phone
then around july of 2000 I lost it on the way to work
at a taxi cab






My second phone
the NOKIA 6210
February 2001
a friend sold this to me for a very cheap price
sold it to someone to buy the NOKIA 5510 (2003)

my Tita sell this to me for a very cheap price (2001)
I did'nt really need it that time but what the heck
got the money to spare that time.
Gave it to my sister, i guess she lost it

a friend ask me if If i want it for a thousand bucks
bought it (2001) gave it to my eldest brother
they lost it at their store few weeks later

Fiesta sa Lipa with theTribe

Summer is the time for vacation, basketball leagues, beach outing and fiesta here in the Philippines. From Luzon to Mindanao locals celebrate this for different reason and for different patron saints. It’s been a part of our culture and tradition for a very long time and still practiced in most of our provinces.

But there is one particular place and fiesta that became a part of me and had been a part of me for eight straight years now. It’s the Feast of Sta. Cruz in Brgy Kayumanggi at Lipa, Batangas, during the third day of May. For eight years now I see to it that on the 3rd day of May, I’ll be with Boss Vic (supremo) executing our drinking session till our body can’t take it anymore. Together with Roger (thetribe) who is in his 6 straight years now, we would find ways to go there no matter what, from filing sick/vacation leaves, haft day and official/personal matters, we would see to it that we’ll be there.

But this year we had different company, we travel with our fellow tribe member Marie and my Gf Mitch, It seems that for every year we have different companions going there and sadly those who are originally share the same passion of going there are not anymore available. The group may change it members but the routine is pretty much the same, after filling up our stomachs with different dishes we head on to filling it up with liquor, from gin to brandy, to rhum or beer, while singing with a videoke machine.

Back then we used to go to a small river and we take a dip. But as the time passes by, we can only manage to spend a single day there, and it makes our activity there, reduce to drinking. Then after the drinking session is over, we would then be asked to eat a meal before we leave. SWEEEEEEET

Iron Man

Pagkatapos pumunta sa tanay nuong miyerkules at huwebes, nagpahinga ng saglit bago dumiretso sa quiapo sa araw ng biyernes at manginain sa piyesta sa lipa batangas nuong sabado, tinapos namin nang aking gf ang linggo sa pamamagitan ng panunuod ng sine. Madali naman akong nakumbinsi ng mahal kong gf na manuod ng sine dahil Iron man naman ang panunuorin. LFS na ang naabutan naming palabas sa Rob Place Manila, kaya kami ay dali daling bumili muna ng makakain sa loob ng sinehan. Dumaan kami sa Lots o Pizza at sa Dimsum and Dumplings para magbaon ng siomai at pizza di pa ba obvious. Simula palang ng palabas ay nag enjoy na ako, Matagal tagal ko din naman kasi naming inintay ito at siempre bilang isang masugid na taga suporta ng pelikulang gawa ng Marvel, di namin ito palalampasin. Ayos ang effects ng pelikula okay din ang plot nito. Sangayon din ako sa pagiging sensitibo ng Gumawa ng pelikula dahil maganda nilang nailatha ang pinagsimulan ni Iron Man. Naalala ko tuloy na dati ay sa Vietnam ang naging setting dahil ito ang kalaban ng amerika nuong araw, pero nararapat lang na sa Afghanistan nila ito nilagay dahil naayon at napapanahon lamang dipo ba. Maganda rin ang pagiging sangkot ni OB Stane sa plot sa pagpatay kay tony. Dahil sa simula palang ng pelikula ramdam mo na magiging kalaban yun, lalo na pag pamilyar ka sa komiks. Bumagay din kay Robert Downey Jr. ang papel na tony stark, napalabas niyang cool ito at class. Maganda rin ang pagkakapareho ng armor ni iron man at hindi ito nagmukhang cartoons, di tulad ng Hulk halatang halata na computer generated si hulk, sana mabago ito sa ipapalabas na incredible hulk. Maayos ang effects okay din ang cameo ng director nito at si stan lee. Sa madaling salita ako ay maghihintay ng susunod na Iron Man. Wish kolang sana I plot nila ito sa Armor wars at siempre andun dapat si War Machine.
